I helped Chol Theatre to deliver creative workshops that helped to open our imagination! Roughly 250 children came together having never met each other before and created new places.
We had magical forests and lakes where nature was protected. Places of peace and wonder!

Creative Workshops with Chol Theatre

I worked for Chol Theatre as a Young Producer, along side 2 other young people, to create a week of creative events aimed at those 14+ in Huddersfield.

I believe that spaces like this [Chol Theatre & MakerWorld] are crucial in making Huddersfield an exciting, understanding and collaborative community of new ideas and shared voices.

Through S2R (Support 2 Recovery) in Huddersfield myself and an S2R group took part in a creative meetup where we exchanged ideas around the theme of ‘flow’ including the literal sense of water flowing and other natural things to creative flow, such as music, yoga, dancing and much more.

I was chosen to be a part of global community ‘For Creative Girls’, 2025 9 week mentoring programme. It was such a privilege to be apart of and I learnt so much from my amazing mentor.

Joining a group of fabulously talented creative females was such a joy and learning to creative children’s picture book illustrations from such an expert was a wonderful experience!
